[Section 112A Inserted by No. 6 of 2008, Sched. 1, Applied:28 Apr 2008] If the Director issues an enforcement order or imposes any administrative sanction or civil sanction against an enforcement debtor, the monetary penalty owed by the enforcement debtor is increased by the prescribed amount.
