sec.97 Notice of subdivision
On registration of the precinct plan of subdivision, the proprietor of a new precinct development lot must give written notice to the precinct body corporate of— the proprietor’s full name and address for service; and the date of registration of the precinct plan of subdivision; and the description of the precinct development lot subdivided; and the description of the new precinct development lots; and the voting entitlement that applies to each new precinct development lot.
