sec.93 Notice of amalgamation
On registration of the precinct plan of amalgamation, the proprietor of the new precinct development lot must give written notice to the precinct body corporate of— the proprietor’s full name and address for service; and the date of registration of the precinct plan of amalgamation; and the description of the precinct development lots amalgamated; and the description of the new precinct development lot; and the voting entitlement that applies to the new precinct development lot.
