sec.70 Notice of amalgamation
On registration of the community plan of amalgamation, the proprietor of the new community development lot must give written notice to the community body corporate of— the proprietor’s full name and address for service; and the date of registration of the community plan of amalgamation; and the description of the community development lots amalgamated; and the description of the new community development lot; and the voting entitlement that applies to the new community development lot.
