sec.62 Site forms part of local authority area
If a part of the site is not within the area of any local government, the part forms part of the area of the local government to which application in relation to a scheme was made. Subsection (1) applies despite any other Act. s 62 amd 1999 No. 30 s 98 sch 3 pt 1 (sec.62-ssec.1) If a part of the site is not within the area of any local government, the part forms part of the area of the local government to which application in relation to a scheme was made.
