sec.57 Effect of rescission
On rescission of an approved scheme— the provisions of this Act that applied because of the scheme no longer apply; and the provisions of the Canals Act 1958 prescribed for the purposes of section 156 again apply. Nothing in subsection (1) affects anything lawfully done before the rescission of the approved scheme. (sec.57-ssec.1) On rescission of an approved scheme— the provisions of this Act that applied because of the scheme no longer apply; and the provisions of the Canals Act 1958 prescribed for the purposes of section 156 again apply. (sec.57-ssec.2) Nothing in subsection (1) affects anything lawfully done before the rescission of the approved scheme.
