sec.43 Application not adding additional land
An application for approval to amend a scheme that does not relate to additional land must include— details of the proposed amendment and an explanation of the nature and extent of the amendment; and any other relevant matters required by the local government. s 43 amd 1999 No. 30 s 98 sch 3 pt 1
