sec.231 Application of s 169
This section applies if a nominee appointed by a subsidiary body corporate under section 169(1) immediately before the commencement does not meet the requirements of section 169(4). On the commencement, the appointment of the nominee ends. See section 169(3) in relation to any time during which no person is appointed under section 169(1) for a member. s 231 ins 2022 No. 28 s 45 (sec.231-ssec.1) This section applies if a nominee appointed by a subsidiary body corporate under section 169(1) immediately before the commencement does not meet the requirements of section 169(4).
