sec.229 Application of code of conduct for existing body corporate managers and caretaking service contractors
This section applies to a person who— immediately before the effective day is— the body corporate manager of a community body corporate or precinct body corporate; or a caretaking service contractor for a site or precinct or part of a site or precinct; and on the effective day, continues to be the body corporate manager of the body corporate or caretaking service contractor for the site or the precinct or the part of the site or precinct. The code of conduct for body corporate managers and caretaking service contractors applies to the person only in relation to acts done or omissions made on or after the effective day. s 229 ins 2011 No. 27 s 311 (sec.229-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who— immediately before the effective day is— the body corporate manager of a community body corporate or precinct body corporate; or a caretaking service contractor for a site or precinct or part of a site or precinct; and on the effective day, continues to be the body corporate manager of the body corporate or caretaking service contractor for the site or the precinct or the part of the site or precinct. (sec.229-ssec.2) The code of conduct for body corporate managers and caretaking service contractors applies to the person only in relation to acts done or omissions made on or after the effective day.
- (a) immediately before the effective day is— (i) the body corporate manager of a community body corporate or precinct body corporate; or (ii) a caretaking service contractor for a site or precinct or part of a site or precinct; and
- (i) the body corporate manager of a community body corporate or precinct body corporate; or
- (ii) a caretaking service contractor for a site or precinct or part of a site or precinct; and
- (b) on the effective day, continues to be the body corporate manager of the body corporate or caretaking service contractor for the site or the precinct or the part of the site or precinct.
- (i) the body corporate manager of a community body corporate or precinct body corporate; or
- (ii) a caretaking service contractor for a site or precinct or part of a site or precinct; and
