sec.223 Declaration about resolution of disputes under Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980

This section applies to all acts, matters and things done before the commencement of section 214A for the resolution, under the Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 , part 5 , of a dispute about the operation of this Act or the rights and obligations of persons under this Act.
