sec.22 Subdivision of community development lots and precinct development lots by group titles and building units plans
A community development lot or precinct development lot may be subdivided by— a group titles plan; or a building units plan. A group titles plan that subdivides a community development lot or precinct development lot creates group title lots. A group title lot may be further subdivided by— a group titles plan; or a building units plan. If a community development lot is subdivided by a group titles or building units plan, it may not then be subdivided by a precinct plan. (sec.22-ssec.1) A community development lot or precinct development lot may be subdivided by— a group titles plan; or a building units plan. (sec.22-ssec.2) A group titles plan that subdivides a community development lot or precinct development lot creates group title lots. (sec.22-ssec.3) A group title lot may be further subdivided by— a group titles plan; or a building units plan. (sec.22-ssec.4) If a community development lot is subdivided by a group titles or building units plan, it may not then be subdivided by a precinct plan.
