sec.216 Chief executive may approve forms
The chief executive may approve forms for use for the purposes of this Act. A person may request the chief executive to give the person a document setting out a form approved under subsection (1) . The chief executive must promptly comply with the request. (sec.216-ssec.1) The chief executive may approve forms for use for the purposes of this Act. (sec.216-ssec.2) A person may request the chief executive to give the person a document setting out a form approved under subsection (1) .
