sec.21 Precinct body corporate
A body corporate is incorporated on registration of the first precinct plan subdividing a community development lot. This body corporate is a precinct body corporate. The precinct property lots created by a precinct plan are transferred to the precinct body corporate. The precinct body corporate is responsible for, and may make by-laws in relation to, the ongoing management of the precinct property lots. (sec.21-ssec.1) A body corporate is incorporated on registration of the first precinct plan subdividing a community development lot. (sec.21-ssec.2) This body corporate is a precinct body corporate.
