sec.201X Application of div 3

This division applies for transferring the management rights of a letting agent— authorised by a community body corporate to conduct a letting agent business for a site; or authorised by a precinct body corporate to conduct a letting agent business for a precinct. However, this division does not apply to a letting agent for conducting a letting agent business or a part of a letting agent business for a site or precinct for which a serviced strata arrangement or scheme under the Corporations Act is in operation. s 201X ins 2011 No. 27 s 302 (sec.201X-ssec.1) This division applies for transferring the management rights of a letting agent— authorised by a community body corporate to conduct a letting agent business for a site; or authorised by a precinct body corporate to conduct a letting agent business for a precinct. (sec.201X-ssec.2) However, this division does not apply to a letting agent for conducting a letting agent business or a part of a letting agent business for a site or precinct for which a serviced strata arrangement or scheme under the Corporations Act is in operation.

• (a) authorised by a community body corporate to conduct a letting agent business for a site; or
• (b) authorised by a precinct body corporate to conduct a letting agent business for a precinct.
