sec.201U Meaning of service contractor for site or precinct
A person is a service contractor for a site or precinct if— the person is engaged by the community body corporate for the site or precinct body corporate for the precinct to supply services to the body corporate for the benefit of the common property or lots included in the site or precinct; and the person is not an employee of the community body corporate or precinct body corporate; and the services do not include administrative services; and the term of the engagement is at least 1 year. caretaking services, pool cleaning services s 201U ins 2011 No. 27 s 302
- (a) the person is engaged by the community body corporate for the site or precinct body corporate for the precinct to supply services to the body corporate for the benefit of the common property or lots included in the site or precinct; and
- (b) the person is not an employee of the community body corporate or precinct body corporate; and
- (c) the services do not include administrative services; and
- (d) the term of the engagement is at least 1 year.
