sec.201L How proxy may be exercised [SM, s 109 ]
A proxy may be exercised at a general meeting of a body corporate by— the proxy holder voting in a show of hands at the meeting; or the proxy holder completing a written or electronic vote on a motion before the start of, or at, the meeting. s 201L ins 2011 No. 27 s 302
- (a) the proxy holder voting in a show of hands at the meeting; or
- (b) the proxy holder completing a written or electronic vote on a motion before the start of, or at, the meeting.
