sec.201J Offence [SM, s 111 ]
A person must not exercise a proxy, or otherwise purport to vote on behalf of another person, at the general meeting knowing that the person does not have the right to exercise the proxy or otherwise vote on behalf of the other person. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. s 201J ins 2011 No. 27 s 302
