sec.197 Agreements between precinct bodies corporate
A precinct body corporate may enter into an agreement with another precinct body corporate in the site in relation to— the precinct property (including the improvements on the precinct property); and any personal property vested in the other precinct body corporate.
- (a) the precinct property (including the improvements on the precinct property); and
- (b) any personal property vested in the other precinct body corporate.
