sec.185A Code of conduct for voting members of executive committee
The code of conduct in schedule 2 applies to each person (a voting member ) who is— a member of the executive committee of a body corporate; and entitled to vote at general meetings of the body corporate. On becoming a voting member of the executive committee of a body corporate, the person is taken to have agreed to comply with the code of conduct. s 185A ins 2011 No. 27 s 299 (sec.185A-ssec.1) The code of conduct in schedule 2 applies to each person (a voting member ) who is— a member of the executive committee of a body corporate; and entitled to vote at general meetings of the body corporate. (sec.185A-ssec.2) On becoming a voting member of the executive committee of a body corporate, the person is taken to have agreed to comply with the code of conduct.
