sec.18 Balance precinct development lots
A balance precinct development lot is initially owned by the person that owned the community development lot subdivided by the precinct plan. A balance precinct development lot may be subdivided by a further precinct plan as if it were a community development lot. (sec.18-ssec.1) A balance precinct development lot is initially owned by the person that owned the community development lot subdivided by the precinct plan.
