sec.166 Definitions
In this part— body corporate means— community body corporate; or a precinct body corporate. corporation means— a community body corporate; or a precinct body corporate; or a body corporate created by the registration of a building units or group titles plan. electable person see section 166C . s 166 def electable person ins 2022 No. 28 s 30 original owner , of a precinct development lot that has been subdivided by a building unit or group titles plan, means the person who was the proprietor of the lot immediately before it was subdivided by the plan. s 166 def original owner ins 2011 No. 27 s 294
