sec.164 Leases to community and precinct bodies corporate

For the purposes of providing access to the community thoroughfare or precinct thoroughfare, the community body corporate or precinct body corporate may take a lease of— a road closed in strata that joins, or is to join, the community thoroughfare or precinct thoroughfare; or a wharf that joins, or is to join, the community property or precinct property. The community body corporate or precinct body corporate may take a lease of land for any other purpose prescribed by regulation. s 164 amd 1994 No. 49 s 6 sch 2 (sec.164-ssec.1) For the purposes of providing access to the community thoroughfare or precinct thoroughfare, the community body corporate or precinct body corporate may take a lease of— a road closed in strata that joins, or is to join, the community thoroughfare or precinct thoroughfare; or a wharf that joins, or is to join, the community property or precinct property. (sec.164-ssec.2) The community body corporate or precinct body corporate may take a lease of land for any other purpose prescribed by regulation.
