sec.162 Additional works on precinct property
Additional works may be undertaken on precinct property. Section 161 applies to additional works undertaken on precinct property as if— a reference to the community body corporate were a reference to the precinct body corporate; and a reference to the community property were a reference to precinct property. (sec.162-ssec.1) Additional works may be undertaken on precinct property.
