sec.153 Thoroughfares are roads under certain Acts
For the purposes of the Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994 , the community thoroughfare and precinct thoroughfare are roads. For the purposes of the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995 (other than part 6 ), the community thoroughfare and precinct thoroughfare are roads within the meaning of the Act . s 153 amd 1999 No. 30 s 98 sch 3 pt 1 ; 1999 No. 42 s 54 (3) sch pt 3 (sec.153-ssec.1) For the purposes of the Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994 , the community thoroughfare and precinct thoroughfare are roads. (sec.153-ssec.2) For the purposes of the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995 (other than part 6 ), the community thoroughfare and precinct thoroughfare are roads within the meaning of the Act .
