sec.151 Maintenance etc. of thoroughfares
The community body corporate is responsible for the maintenance and reconstruction (including construction on relocation) of— the community thoroughfare; and improvements on the community thoroughfare. The precinct body corporate is responsible for the maintenance and reconstruction (including construction on relocation) of— the precinct thoroughfare; and improvements on the precinct thoroughfare.
