sec.130 Subdivision of stratum lot by building units plan
Land comprised in a stratum lot (including, for example, a part of a building) may be subdivided into lots, or lots and common property, by the registration of a building units plan. The Building Units and Group Titles Act 1980 applies to land that is subdivided under this section.
