sec.113 Registration of boundary adjustment plan
The registrar of titles must not register a boundary adjustment plan unless the plan has been approved by the local government. The registrar of titles does not have to be satisfied of the matters mentioned in section 112 (1) but may rely on the local government’s approval of the plan. s 113 amd 1999 No. 30 s 98 sch 3 pt 1 (sec.113-ssec.1) The registrar of titles must not register a boundary adjustment plan unless the plan has been approved by the local government. (sec.113-ssec.2) The registrar of titles does not have to be satisfied of the matters mentioned in section 112 (1) but may rely on the local government’s approval of the plan.
