sec.108 Extinguishment of plan
A plan registered under this Act (other than a stratum plan) may be extinguished— after unanimous resolution of the relevant body corporate; or if the Supreme Court makes an order extinguishing the plan.
- (a) after unanimous resolution of the relevant body corporate; or
- (b) if the Supreme Court makes an order extinguishing the plan.
