sec.10 Future development area
An application for approval of a mixed use scheme may identify an area in relation to which development is planned for the future. The area identified is called a future development area. A provisional approval may be granted in relation to the area and an application for its inclusion in the site of the mixed use scheme may be made at a later stage.
