Tasmania regulation
This order makes amendments to the Misuse of Drugs Act 2001 effective by incorporating them into the authorised version of that Act (cl. 3–4). It comes into force when the making is notified in the Gazette (cl. 2) and is administered by the Department of Justice. The order itself does not set out the substantive amendment text here; people and organisations regulated by the Misuse of Drugs Act 2001 must consult the authorised Act to see what changed.
