Tasmania regulation
This Order updates the authorised text of the Misuse of Drugs Act 2001 by incorporating specified amendments and takes effect when its making is published in the Gazette (commencement is the Gazette notification). It is an administrative instrument, administered by the Department of Justice, and on its face records a textual update to the Principal Act rather than setting out new regulatory measures; any substantive changes depend on the underlying amendments already incorporated.
