### 39 Regulations > > (1)  The Governor may make regulations for the purposes of this Act. > > > (2)  The regulations may be made so as to apply differently according to matters, limitations or restrictions, whether as to time, circumstance or otherwise, specified in the regulations. > > > (3)  The Governor may make regulations of a savings or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of this Act. > > > (4)  A provision of a regulation made pursuant to [subsection (3)](#GS39@Gs3@EN) may, if the regulation so provides, take effect on the day proclaimed under [section 2](#GS2@EN) or a later day.
