### 13 Procuring child to traffic in controlled substance > > (1)  A person must not procure a child to traffic in a controlled substance. > > > > Penalty:  Imprisonment for a term not exceeding 21 years. > > > (2)  For the purposes of this section, a person is taken to have procured a child to traffic in a controlled substance if the person – > > > > > > (a) procures the child to sell the controlled substance; or > > > > > > > (b) with the intention of selling the controlled substance or in the belief that another person intends to sell it, procures the child to prepare the controlled substance for supply or to transport the controlled substance.
