### 10 Manufacturing controlled precursor intended for use in manufacture of controlled drugs for sale > > (1)  A person must not manufacture a controlled precursor – > > > > > > (a) with the intention of manufacturing and selling a controlled drug; or > > > > > > > (b) with the intention of manufacturing a controlled drug in the belief that another person intends to sell the controlled drug. > > > > Penalty:  Imprisonment for a term not exceeding 21 years. > > > (2)  A person must not manufacture a controlled precursor – > > > > > > (a) with the intention of selling the controlled precursor; and > > > > > > > (b) in the belief that the person to whom the controlled precursor is sold intends to use it to manufacture a controlled drug. > > > > Penalty:  Imprisonment for a term not exceeding 21 years.
