6D Cultivation of prohibited plant in presence of child – traffickable quantity
Misuse of Drugs Act 1990 14 (c) the cultivation occurs in the presence of a child and the person is reckless in relation to that circumstance; and (d) a traffickable quantity of the prohibited plant is cultivated. Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 10 years.
