4A Relationship with Hemp Industry Act 2019 (1) This Act does not affect the operation of the Hemp Industry Act 2019 or make unlawful anything done in accordance with that Act. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), this Act does not apply to processed low THC hemp. low THC hemp, see section 3 of the Hemp Industry Act 2019. processed low THC hemp means low THC hemp that is: (a) treated by mechanical, chemical or other artificial means and substantially free of leaves and flowering heads; or (b) non-viable if it is seed.
