48 Application of amendment (1) Section 40(c), as amended by the Misuse of Drugs Amendment Act 2015, applies only in relation to offences committed after the commencement of section 8 of that Act (the commencement). (2) Section 40(c), as in force before the commencement, continues to apply in relation to offences committed before the commencement.
