41 Receiving or possessing some only of property alleged If, in relation to a charge of having committed an offence against section 8, the trier of fact finds specially that the person committed the offence in respect of some, but not all, of the property alleged by the prosecution, the person is not by reason only of the finding entitled to be acquitted or have the charge dismissed but rather must be found guilty of the offence in respect of the property so found.
