4 Act to bind Crown and application (1) This Act binds the Crown not only in right of the Territory but, so far as the legislative power of the Legislative Assembly permits, the Crown in all its other capacities. (2) The provisions of this Act are in addition to, and, except to the extent so provided by this Act, do not derogate from, the provisions of any other Act.
