38 Penalty for offence involving procurement of young child (1) This section applies in relation to an offence against this Act that, under section 43BG or 43BH of the Criminal Code, a person is taken to have committed because the person procured a young child to: (a) commit the offence; or (b) engage in conduct as mentioned in section 43BH(1)(a) of the Criminal Code.
