29Analyst's certificate

29 Analyst's certificate In proceedings for an offence against this Act, the production of a certificate purporting to be signed by an analyst in relation to an analysis or examination made by the analyst is, without proof of the analyst's signature, or that he or she is an analyst, evidence of: (a) the identity and quantity of the thing analysed or examined; and (b) the result of the analysis or examination and of the matters relevant to the proceedings stated in the certificate; and, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, is conclusive evidence.
