20 Infringement notice offence and prescribed amount payable (1) An infringement notice offence is: (a) an offence against section 6B(1) if: (i) the prohibited plant is a cannabis plant; and (ii) the number of plants cultivated does not exceed 2; or (b) an offence against section 7B(1) or 7D(1) if: (i) the dangerous drug is specified in Schedule 3; and (ii) the quantity of the drug possessed does not exceed the quantity specified opposite the drug. (2) The prescribed amount for an infringement notice offence is the amount equal to the monetary value of 2 penalty units.
