19T Regulations The Regulations may make provisions, whether for the purpose of this Part or otherwise, for or with respect to the handling, storage and destruction of prohibited plants, dangerous drugs or precursors seized by police officers, the sampling and analysis of those prohibited plants, dangerous drugs or precursors and the return of such prohibited plants, dangerous drugs or precursors to a person lawfully entitled to them. Misuse of Drugs Act 1990 56 19TA Service of notices A notice under this Part may be served on a person by: (a) handing it to the person; (b) posting it to the person at the person's last known postal address or place of residence or business; or (c) leaving it for the person at the person's last known place of residence or business with some other person apparently resident or employed there and apparently over the age of 16 years.
