19Q Order on appeal Where an appeal is made to the Supreme Court, the Court of Criminal Appeal or the Court of Appeal in respect of an offence involving a prohibited plant, dangerous drug or precursor which has not been destroyed, the Court shall, on the first occasion on which the appeal is mentioned before it, make a determination whether the prohibited plant, dangerous drug or precursor should be retained.
