19M Order on committal for trial (1) On the committal for trial of a person for an offence with respect to a dangerous drug involving an amount which is not less than the minimum amount of the dangerous drug and which has not been destroyed under section 19B or ordered to be destroyed, the Local Court shall make a determination whether the dangerous drug should be retained. (2) Where the Local Court determines that the dangerous drug be retained, the Local Court shall give the reasons for the determination.
