19A Definition
In this Division:
minimum amount means:
(a) in relation to a dangerous drug other than heroin, the
traffickable quantity by weight of the dangerous drug;
(b) in relation to heroin, 1 g.; or
Misuse of Drugs Act 1990 47
(c) in relation to cannabis, 5 plants.
