11K Drug premises order if indications of supply at or from (1) On receiving an application under section 11D(1) in relation to residential premises, the court may make a drug premises order declaring the premises to be drug premises if the court is satisfied that the evidence of the indications of supply is sufficient to establish on the balance of probabilities that a dangerous drug has (2) On receiving an application under section 11D(2) in relation to commercial or liquor licence premises, the court may make a drug premises order declaring the premises to be drug premises if the court is satisfied that the evidence of the indications of supply is sufficient to establish on the balance of probabilities that a dangerous drug has been supplied at or from the premises by an owner, landlord or tenant of the premises or a person employed by or acting for and on behalf of an owner, landlord or tenant of the (3) The court must specify in a drug premises order the area of the premises, specified in the application for the order, to which the order relates.
