11H No notice to be given of application for drug premises order (1) No notice is to be given of an application under section 11D to an owner, landlord, tenant, licensee or resident of the premises in respect of which the application is made. (2) A court is to determine an application under section 11D in the absence of the owner, landlord, tenants or licensee of the premises to which the application relates.
