#### 51 Rules of court 51 Rules of court > > (1) The practice and procedure in proceedings under this Act in the Supreme Court shall be as prescribed by rules of court made under the [Supreme Court Act 1970](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1970-052). > > > (2) Rules of court not inconsistent with this Act may be made by a majority of the District Court judges for the regulation of the practice and procedure in proceedings under this Act in the District Courts. > > > (3)–(5) (Repealed) > > > (6) Rules of court not inconsistent with this Act may be made under the [Local Court Act 2007](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2007-093) for the regulation of the practice and procedure in proceedings under this Act in the Local Court. > > **s 51:** Subst 1970 No 52, Second Sch (am 1972 No 41, Second Sch).
