#### 38 Civil act not repudiated 38 Civil act not repudiated > Where a person participates in a civil act while the person is a minor and the civil act is not repudiated under any of sections 31, 32 and 34 by that person or by the person’s personal representative or by a court on the person’s behalf within the times respectively fixed by those sections, the civil act is presumptively binding on the minor participant.
